On October 06, 2025 at 2220 hours. I, Sergeant Head was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Lakeside Dr. In non-emergency mode. In reference to a domestic in progress at [100 BLOCK] Lakeside Dr.

Upon my arrival I made contact with the caller, who both wish to remain anonymous. Female witness advised she has footage of a white female [VICTIM #1] (w/f, /71). Who was getting attacked by Stacey Evans (w/m, /79). While on scene I did hear yelling next door. I observed a physical altercation between both Mr. Evans and Ms. [VICTIM #1] on a phone video. The video was timed on September 10, 2025 at around 1000 hours.

The video shows her go into the shed and exit by Mr. Evans shoving her out. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then again went into the shed. Mr. Evans was seen shoving Ms. [VICTIM #1] out. Mr. Evans then he placed both hands around her neck and shoved her to the ground. I asked what time this occured and they both advised the called. They advised officers came out and did nothing and never came and watched the video as they requested officers to. I advised both subjects I would make contact with both Mr. Evans and Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Deputy Andrade arrived on scene in front of [100 BLOCK] Lakeside Dr. As I was walking in front of both residents the lights in the back of the house shut off.

Upon walking up to the fence we made contact with Mr. Evans. He then proceeded to try and take off towrds the residence and shed. Myself and Deputy Andrade told him to stop. I ran towards the front of the house to cut off Mr. Evans. Deputy Andrade advised over the radio he had a subject by taser point. Due to the large dogs on the other side of the fence I went back to the same location and placed Mr. Evans into cuffs for Obstruction. Cuffs were checked for propper fitt and double locked. Deputy Andrade checked the right side of Mr. Evans and I checked Mr. Evans left side.

I made contact with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. I asked for her information and if she lives at the address and she advised yes. I also asked her if they are the only two that lives at the back of the location and she again stated yes. I advised Mr. Evans he was being placed under arrest for aggravted assault. Mr. Evans was placed into my patrol vehicle. Mr. Evans was placed into a seatbelt.(2304) Mr. Evans was arrested and transported to Spalding County Jail.

Upon my arrival at the jail Spalding County Deputy Abdallah (526) was patting down Mr. Evans. He advised he found brass knuckles in his right pocket and also a little baggie of an unknown substance. Deputy Abdallah advised when he placed down the unknown baggie onto the counter. Mr. Evans reached around and placed the unknown materal into his mouth and swallowed it. Medical was notified and I notified Lt. Storey of the incident. I advised Jail Deputies Mr. Evans will be going to Spalding Regional Hospital for evaulation and tests.
