On January 12, 2026, I, Investigator C. Waddell had contact with [VICTIM #1] (W/F DOB /2002) in the front lobby of the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a civil matter.

[VICTIM #1] stated she spoke to law enforcement on Saturday about the situation. [VICTIM #1] stated she knows the situation is a civil matter. [VICTIM #1] stated her boyfriend’s child’s mother, Victoria Hornsby, has been slandering her on social media. [VICTIM #1] stated she sent Victoria a cease-and-desist letter. [VICTIM #1] stated Victoria’s mother texted her boyfriend’s father about the letter. [VICTIM #1] stated Victoria has sent her pornographic images of her boyfriend. [VICTIM #1] stated Victoria has called her “trashy wh*re”. [VICTIM #1] stated Victoria posted a family picture that include her minor step siblings. [VICTIM #1] stated she wished to file a civil suit against Victoria. [VICTIM #1] stated she had screenshots of some of the social media and text messages.

[VICTIM #1] requested a report. I advised [VICTIM #1] of my county email address to send the screenshots to be attached to this report. I provided [VICTIM #1] a case number and advised a report would be on file. I am not issued a body camera.
