On 07-24-2026 I, Sgt. Jennifer Fuller, responded in non-emergency mode to [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic dispute.
Prior to my arrival Dispatch advised that several juvenile callers from the location had called on 911 only lines advising that their mother was in a fight with “Billy”. Upon my arrival, Deputy Ray went to the front door and I went to the rear. My body camera was active. Deputy Ray advised that he had contact at the front door. When I reached the front door, Deputy Ray was placing William Burn (w/m dob [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) in handcuffs in the rear and escorted him to his patrol vehicle after he searched him.
I made contact with the victim, [VICTIM #1] (w/f dob [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), who advised that she was in a verbal altercation with Burns in her room about the kids not cleaning up and accuses her of trying to get back together with her ex husband. During this verbal altercation, Burns told [VICTIM #1] that he would slit her throat.
Deputy Ray spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (w/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he heard the arguing and went to his mother’s bedroom door and heard Burns say “I will slit your throat.” There were 6 children in total present at the location. All other children present were: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] w/m dob [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED] (w/m dob [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), (w/m [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), (w/f [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), and(w/m).
Deputy Ray transported Burns to Spalding County Detention Center without incident and turned him over to staff.
