On July 11th, 2025, I Deputy H Dix responded to [900 BLOCK] Greer Rd Griffin, Ga 30223 in non-emergency mode in reference to a welfare check.

Upon my arrival, the welfare check was for the nine children that resided in the residence. I knocked on the door, and made contact with a female subject by the name of [WITNESS #1] (B/F /1989). I advised [WITNESS #1] I was there due to somebody calling law enforcement to check the well being of the children. [WITNESS #1] advised me her kids and her nieces and nephews lived in the residence. [WITNESS #1] let me look inside of the residence, and the children appeared to look healthy and appeared to have beds. After looking inside of the residence, [WITNESS #1] asked to speak to me outside.

Once we stepped outside, [WITNESS #1] advised me her daughter, [VICTIM #1] (B/F /2007) had been dating a male subject by the name of Willie Coleman (B/M /1996). [WITNESS #1] stated she thinks Willie called due to him being mad at her and [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated [VICTIM #1] had just came back home last date. [WITNESS #1] provided me messages from Willie and in one of the messages, Willie stated “I be wrong go light some sh*t up doe, I know exactly what house”. Willie was also cursing [WITNESS #1] out in the messages.

I spoke to [VICTIM #1] after I spoke to [WITNESS #1], and [VICTIM #1] also provided me messages from Willie. One of the messages stated ” Say you gone get somebody to slide, I’ll be waiting ima kill tf out dem n send u d pics”.

After leaving the residence, I began looking through the messages of the screenshots from Willie that [WITNESS #1] had sent me on my county issued cellphone. When scrolling through the messages, I noticed a screenshot of a video. In the picture of the screenshot of the messages, you could see the video was of a female that was unclothed from the bottom down. I went back to the residence to see what the video was. Willie had sent [WITNESS #1] a video clip of [VICTIM #1]. In the video, [VICTIM #1] was unclothed from the bottom down showing her unclothed buttocks, and then the camera was moved to [VICTIM #1]s face to show her face in the video while she was sleeping on the couch.

After reviewing the video, [VICTIM #1] stated she wanted to press charges on Willie for sending the nude video of her to her mother. [VICTIM #1] stated Willie had also been posting the video on Instagram, but she did not have the screenshots on Instagram. [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] both completed sworn statement forms, and they have been turned into evidence at this time.

I obtained warrants through the Magistrate Court on Willie signed by Judge Mcdowell for O.C.G.A 16-12-100.2C1 ( (Warrant# 25-EW-004101)
(1) A person commits the offense of computer or electronic pornography if such person intentionally or willfully:
(A) Compiles, enters into, or transmits by computer or other electronic device)

and O.C.G.A 16-11-90 (Warrant# 25-EW-004100) for sending Nude videos of [VICTIM #1] through an electronic device.
(b) A person violates this Code section if he or she, knowing the content of a transmission or post, knowingly and without the consent of the depicted person:
(1) Electronically transmits or posts, in one or more transmissions or posts, a photograph or video which depicts nudity or sexually explicit conduct of an adult, including a falsely created videographic or still image, when the transmission or post is harassment or causes financial loss to the depicted person, serves no legitimate purpose to the depicted person, and is transmitted or posted.
