On Friday, May 8, 2026 at or around 2230 hours, Corporal (CPL) Gatto responded to [REDACTED] in reference to a male subject yelling in the front yard and making Terroristic Threats to his family members.

Upon arrival to the scene, CPL Gatto could hear a subject yelling. As CPL Gatto entered the driveway of the residence, Mr. Raheem Christian (Offender) was at the edge of the driveway and yelling. CPL Gatto and Sergeant (SGT) Henderson exited their marked patrol vehicles. CPL Gatto initially approached Mr. Raheem Christian and asked him what was going on this tonight.

Mr. Raheem Christian stated that he was in his room when his uncle came to his room with an axe and was yelling at him. At this time CPL Gatto asked SGT Henderson to stay with Mr. Raheem Christian while CPL Gatto spoke to the complainants.

CPL Gatto approached Mr. [VICTIM #1], Mr. [VICTIM #2], Mr. [VICTIM #3] and Mrs. [VICTIM #4] all stated that Mr. Raheem Christian was in the back yard of the residence yelling and screaming. According to the four witnesses Mr. Raheem Christian was making verbal threats towards Mr. [VICTIM #1], Mr. [VICTIM #2], Mr. [VICTIM #3] and Mrs. [VICTIM #4] stating he was going to kill them all in their sleep and that they do not need to go to bed.

Mrs. [VICTIM #4] stated that she was in her residence with four young children Juvenile [WITNESS #1] and Juveniles [WITNESS #2] and they could hear Mr. Raheem Christian was yelling and making comments that he was going to cause physical harm to Mrs. [VICTIM #4], Mr. [VICTIM #2], Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [VICTIM #3].

CPL Gatto asked Mrs. [VICTIM #4], Mr. [VICTIM #2], Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [VICTIM #3] would write statements and all stated YES. See statements attached to report. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was coming home from work when his sister Mrs. [VICTIM #4] contacted him stating that Mr. Raheem Christian was acting irate and yelling in the yard.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [VICTIM #2] came home from work and observed Mr. Raheem Christian yelling and walking towards the rear of property where Mr. Raheem Christian was staying in a shed. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Raheem Christian is supposed to take medications for a mental disorder but he does not believe he has taken them as prescribed.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] furthermore stated that Mr. Raheem Christian recently was released from prison and he believes that he could be consuming narcotics. Mr. Raheem Christian did appear to be under the influence on an UNKNOWN substance while CPL Gatto and SGT Henderson where speaking to him. Mr. Raheem Christian was acting very jittery and irritated. At this time SGT Reaves arrived on scene to assist.

CPL Gatto approached Mrs. [VICTIM #4] once again to speak with her to obtain further information. Mrs. [VICTIM #4] stated that she did have a camera facing the back yard but it was not recording the incident at the time. Mrs. [VICTIM #4] also stated that Mr. Raheem Christian has not been acting right since he was released from prison. Mrs. [VICTIM #4] stated that she has to lock up all of her aerosols cleaning supplies because Mr. Raheem Christian takes them.

Mr. Raheem Christian was placed under arrest and transported to the Tattnall County Jail. While transporting Mr. Raheem Christian he was irate and making spontaneous utterances. Mr. Raheem Christian was turned over to the Tattnall County Jail staff. SGT Reaves remained on scene to collect the written statements from Mr. [VICTIM #1], Mr. [VICTIM #2], Mr. [VICTIM #3] and Mrs. [VICTIM #4].
