On October 3rd 2025 at approx 1827 I, Sgt. Michael Hadvab, responded to the area of Pinecrest Dr and McLemore Dr. for a report of a single vehicle accident involving a Chevy Suburban.

Dispatch advised the a male driver was walking away from the vehicle and that the vehicle was left in the middle of the road.

Upon arrival I noticed a Chevy Suburban in the middle off Pinecrest Dr that was not occupied. I realized it was the Chevy Suburban from a previous incident. I ran the ga tag of [REDACTED] to which returned to a Ms. [REDACTED]. I had Sgt. Gilmore contact Ms. [REDACTED] to see if she wanted to get the vehicle to which Sgt. Gilmore advised that she did not want the vehicle.

I walked around the vehicle and noticed front passenger side damage. As I walked to the back of the vehicle I noticed the stop sign at the corner of McLemore Dr and Pinecrest Dr was knocked down and appeared to be ran over. I looked in the vehicle and saw car part for the vehicle and other misc items. I also noticed the keys to the vehicle were not in the vehicle.

I radioed dispatch to start a tow truck to my location to tow the suburban. Dee towing was notified and en-route. Sgt. Gilmore arrived on scene to relive me.

As I was driving North on Green St. a call about a domestic came in a [500 BLOCK] Mosley St.
