On 1-28-2026 at approximately 11:06 Pm Myself and Dep. Carter was dispatched to [700 BLOCK] W B Braddock Road in reference to a male and female causing a disturbance.
Upon our arrival I met with Daniel Lumley and [WITNESS #1] outside of the residence. Both had black soot all over them, and it appeared they had been messing around in a fire. Daniel was wearing only jogging pants despite it being very cold outside. I asked them what was going on, and [WITNESS #1] stated that they had been drinking and she was trying to keep Daniel calm.
I then went and spoke with the caller [VICTIM #1], and [VICTIM #2]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Daniel has been causing issues for a while. She stated that he had jumped into the fire, and kept throwing stuff at her window. While speaking with them, Daniel’s brother arrived on scene, and Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [VICTIM #2] both stated that they felt safe now that he was there, and that everything would be ok.
I then went and spoke with Daniel and told him, it was time to calm down, that it was late and they were ready to go to sleep. I told him, that if the behavior continued, he would be arrested. We then left the residence.
On 1-29-2026 at approximately 1:10 Am we were dispatched back to [700 BLOCK] W B Braddock Road in reference to Daniel once again causing a disturbance.
Upon our arrival I met with [WITNESS #1] and Daniel outside. Both were still covered in black soot. They stated that they were allowed to go inside and take a shower, and they accidentally fell asleep in the shower.
I then spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #2] who stated that she did not allow them inside to take a shower, and that they snuck in her door. She stated that she told them to hurry up because she was ready to go to sleep. She stated that they stayed in the shower for approximately 45 minutes. She stated that once they came out, Daniel tore up the bathroom, by throwing things around. I observed the bathroom and noticed the shower curtain and rod, on the floor and items thrown everywhere.
I then went and spoke with Daniel and asked him what happened to the bathroom and he stated that he got upset when his mother told him he only had five seconds to get out of the bathroom. At this time I placed him under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and transported him to the jail. He was issued a non traffic citation and turned over to jail staff.
