[NARRATIVE #1 on December 10, 2025]

On 12/10/2025 at approximately 2213 hours, Deputies responded to Green Oak Road to meet with two repossession agents regarding an incident that occurred at [400 BLOCK] Green Oak Road, Lot [REDACTED], during the repossession of a vehicle belonging to Necole Guy.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2], who reported that they were in the process of retrieving a 2008 Toyota sedan when Guy stepped onto her porch, produced a firearm, and discharged one round in their vicinity. [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] stated that the bullet did not strike them or either vehicle and believed the round was fired into the ground.

After speaking with the victims, deputies responded to [400 BLOCK] Green Oak Road, Lot [REDACTED], and made contact with Ms. Guy. Guy stated she observed what she believed to be a wrecker driver and admitted she fired one round from her 9mm Kel-Tec pistol (serial AA0116) into the ground.

Guy further stated she has previously experienced attempted break-ins. Deputy McDaniel then read Guy her Miranda Rights. Guy informed deputies that the incident had been recorded on her camera system and allowed Deputy McDaniel to review the footage.

Photographs were taken of the 9mm shell casing and tire tracks showing the proximity of the tow truck to the residence, further establishing Guy’s ability to recognize the individuals as repossession agents. The truck involved was marked “MP Towing and Recovery LLC” on both doors.

Investigator Coursey was notified by phone. Deputies took possession of the firearm, shell casing, and her cellular device which contains the video evidence of the incident. I, Deputy Colson, transported Guy to the Toombs County Detention Center to be booked and processed on charges for Reckless Conduct O.C.G.A. 16-5-60(b)(2)(Misdemeanor).

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 10, 2025]

On December 10th 2025, I Deputy McDANIEL responded to the area of Green Oak Road with Deputy COLSON 56-92 and Sergeant PATLAN 56-81 in reference to a shooting.

Upon arrival, I was the first to make contact with Ms. NECOLE GUY. I asked Ms. GUY what was occurring through the night, and Ms. GUY stated her vehicle was being towed by a wrecker, and that she discharged a firearm.

I read Ms. GUY her miranda rights and she waived her rights to answer my questions. Ms. GUY had stated earlier that she had the incident on video, and I asked her if she would be okay with me reviewing the video. Ms. GUY opened an app on her phone and allowed me to review video.

In the video, I observed flashing lights reflecting from trees and nearby brush, and Ms. GUY steps out of her residence onto her porch with a firearm that is secured in the holster. Ms. GUY then removes the firearm from the holster, and leans against the porch railing and makes a statement ordering the tow truck drivers to leave her property.

The Tow Truck is then heard accelerating and what is believed to be squealing in the dirt, and Ms. GUY points the firearm towards the ground in the same direction of where the tow truck was, and discharges one round. Ms. GUY then returns to the interior of her residence.

It is worth noting that Ms. GUY stated to me before reviewing video evidence, that she knew the vehicle was a tow truck. Ms. GUY also appeared relaxed in nature on the video during the incident and did not state that she was in any fear for her life or make any statements that she believed anything warranted deadly force. I was unable to see the tow truck operators in the video.
