On September 29th, 2026, at approximately 2142 hours, I officer Mason Fisher, was dispatched [REDACTED]; In reference to a domestic disturbance. This domestic was a callback from a previous domestic at the same location.

Upon arrival, Officer Ramirez and I approached the apartment door and heard an altercation inside. We entered the apartment and observed Porsha Delisser and [VICTIM #1] engaged in a physical altercation. Officer Ramirez and I separated them. Porsha was handcuffed behind her back and detained pending further investigation. I escorted Porsha to the rear of my patrol vehicle and activated my in-car camera. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she went to the bathroom to take a shower, Porsha followed her inside and initiated a verbal dispute that became physical after [VICTIM #1] called 911.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she was struck in the face, but I observed no visible marks or cuts. She declined EMS when offered. Officer Ramirez advised that, while obtaining information from the three juveniles present, one juvenile stated that they had “walked into her sibling’s room and saw her mother hit her sister in the head.” When I asked Porsha what had occurred, she did not provide a clear account. She stated that she had done nothing wrong, that [VICTIM #1] had a key to the residence, and that she had entered the residence as requested following the prior disturbance.

Due to statements obtained and physical evidence, Porsha Delisser was placed under arrest for Family Violence Simply Battery and three counts of Cruelty to children 3rd degree. Porsha was transported to the Tombs County Detention Center, and transferred to jail staff custody.
