On March 17, 2026, at approximately 1157 hours, I, Deputy Westley Harper, a certified peace officer with the Twiggs County Sheriffs Office assigned to the Crime Suppression Unit, was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to a runaway juvenile.
I arrived on scene at approximately 0846 hours and made contact with the complainant, Ms. [WITNESS #1] (DOB: [REDACTED]). Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that earlier that morning, at approximately 0745 hours, she opened the bedroom door of her daughter, and discovered that her was not in the room. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised she located a note left behind stating that her daughter was leaving home and not coming back. The juvenile was later located in South Carolina and returned to her mother.
