On October 15th, 2025, around 11:53 PM, I, Corporal Perry, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 129 for a taillight violation. I made contact with the operator, Mr. Ramond Stephenson, as well as the passenger, a female juvenile who advised me that she was 17 years old. After further questioning, it was discovered that the female passenger was actually 15 years of age. The juvenile was returned to her guardian and Mr. Stephenson was arrested, charged for enticing a minor, and currently faces charges in other counties as well.
