[NARRATIVE #1 on December 09, 2025]

On this date Tuesday 12/09/2025 around 1249 hours, I was dispatched to Chi Memorial GA in reference to am assault report.

I advised dispatch upon my arrival, I met with personnel and they advised the female stated she was attacked and beat up. I was advised the female had several lumps and bruises on her face and arms. I was advised the female was in exam room #1. I entered the room and the listed victim was not in the room. The victim’s mother listed as other was in there.

I asked her to tell me about the incident. She advised her daughter told her she went to get some items from the property he lives at and they got into an argument and he started hitting her. As I was collected the necessary information for both parties the victim entered the room. She advised she had to do a cat scan.

I asked her to tell me about the incident. She advised she went there to get a bag with a note book. She advised they exchanged words and she called him a bit*h and then he started hitting her multiple times. She advised she did not know if she lost consciousness or not.

She advised he also grabbed her by the neck and started choking her. She advised her nose was busted and took about 30 min for it to stop bleeding. I observed several red marks on her face neck and cheek as well as both eye brows. I then took pictures of the injuries and had dispatch have the on call detective to place me a call. I was advised detective Durham #18 would call.

I spoke with the detective about the incident and he advised I had what I needed to follow up with the incident to take pictures of the injuries and see if I could make contact with the suspect and if I had negative contact to apply for a warrant for the incident.

I provided the victim the case number and information to follow up with the case and asked if she wished to pursue charges. She advised she wanted to press charges. I then advised dispatch I was relocating to the incident scene. I checked the area and had negative contact with the suspect I returned to service and will apply for a warrant on the listed charge.

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 09, 2025]

On the listed date and time I made contact with the listed suspect at the listed location who had an outstanding warrant out of the Walker County Sheriff’s Office for Agg Assault (Warrant #W25120071).

The warrant was confirmed and the suspect was placed under arrest. He was then placed in the rear seat of my patrol car and transported to the Walker County Jail without incident. The rear seat of my patrol car was checked for weapons and contraband prior to and after transport which none were found.

The warrant was executed at the jail without incident.
