[NARRATIVE #1 on October 26, 2025]

On 10-26-2025 at 0618 am, I responded to the listed incident location in reference to a ongoing noise complaint.

Upon arrival I attempted to make contact with the suspect over the numerous complaints of loud music from her apartment. During my attempted interview with the suspect, she became irate and used profane and vulgar language towards me and Walker County dispatch while outside.

The suspect remained highly irate and refused to have a civil conversation. Due to this irate and volatile situation, I displayed my issued taser at the suspect while giving verbal commands. No further force was used.

At this time the suspect was placed under arrest. She was hand cuffed from the back, checked for fit, and double locked. I then transported her to the A/B line where she was turned over to Deputy Jones for transport to the Walker County Jail. Dispatch then advised the male suspect was now knocking on the victim’s door and had made threats towards him.

Upon arrival to the incident location, the suspect had left the area. I obtained the victim’s ring doorbell videos and advised him I would apply for the warrant for threats.

The victim was provided with a copy of the case number for the report.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 26, 2025]

On 10/26/25 I responded to the A/B line to facilitate a prisoner transport for Deputy Scarbrough.

Upon arrival, I took custody of the listed suspect who was already placed in handcuffs that were checked for fit and double locked. Due to the suspect’s clothing, she was not searched at this time. The suspect was placed into my vehicle and transported to the jail without incident.

The rear of my patrol car was searched before and after transport with no contraband or weapons located.
