[NARRATIVE #1 on August 29, 2025]
On the listed date 08/29/2025, at approximately 2107 hours, I was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, I observed the listed suspect and victim in the front yard. The suspect appeared to be yelling at the victim. I then approached and attempted to speak to the victim but the suspect was being disruptive, yelling at me. I then attempted to speak with the suspect but he kept interrupting me acting irate.
Corporal Carmichael then arrived on scene. He then began speaking with the victim while I stayed with the suspect. The suspect then began walking over to Corporal Carmichael and the victim and began yelling interrupting them, hindering their communication. Deputy Carmichael and I then told the suspect to step back, and I advised the suspect he was obstructing our investigation.
He then stepped back and requested I follow him to the garage so I did. He then began to get irate again. Corporal Carmichael then advised me to detain him, so we did.
Deputy Templeton and deputy Wilson then arrived on scene and escorted the suspect to deputy Templeton’s patrol car. While headed to the patrol car, the suspect was resisting the escort.
Corporal Carmichael then advised the victim showed him property damage caused by the suspect.
Deputy Templeton then transported the suspect to the Walker County Jail and turned him over to detention staff (see case supplemental for details of transport).
All pictures taken were transferred to a CID file.
The victim was provided a victim’s bill of rights and advised of services.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 29, 2025]
On August 29th 2025, I was dispatched to the listed location to assist deputy Warrick with a resisting subject.
When I arrived on scene, deputy Warrick placed the suspect in a single handcuff behind the back, due to the suspect having one arm, and attached it to his belt loop. I then escorted the suspect to my vehicle while he was still actively resisting.
The suspect and the rear of my patrol car were checked for weapons and contraband prior to placing him in my vehicle.
The suspect was then turned over to the jail where without incident. The rear of my patrol car was checked for weapons and contraband after transport, which none were found.
[End of Narrative]
