[NARRATIVE #1 on November 17, 2025]

On Monday, 17 November 2025, I was dispatched to a call by phone. I contacted the listed complainant. The complainant advised me that last date after services, the suspect was going around to several children, including the listed victim, running his hand down their back, and smacking them on the butt.

The complainant stated that the incident was caught on camera and he would be emailing me the video. He stated that all the parents were in agreement that they did not want to pursue charges, but only wanted it documented. I advised him that I would do a report.

The complainant stated that the suspect was not welcome back at the church.

[NARRATIVE #2 on November 21, 2025]

On November 21, 2025 at 1259 hours I was requested to execute arrest warrant number “W25110133 (F)” on the suspect who was already in custody at the “Walker County Jail”. The arrest warrant was for “sexual battery 2 counts (f)” and was executed without incident.
