[NARRATIVE #1 on September 03, 2023]
On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to a accident on private property at listed location. Upon arrival I met with listed victim and obtained the necessary information to complete this report.
I met with listed victim, he stated that he was unloading trash off his trailer at the Walker County landfill. Listed suspect who was parked next to him already off loaded his vehicle. Listed suspect then pulled out, clipping the front end of listed victim’s truck bumper driver’s side with the rear tire of suspects trailer.
Listed victim then followed listed suspect to the land fill exit, near the scale house and stopped him. Listed victim confronted listed suspect and explained that he just hit his vehicle, listed suspect replied “No I didn’t, then what are you going to do about it?” listed victim wanted to exchange information which listed suspect said he wasn’t he said this was done on private property, that he has no money and he’s doing a job for someone else. Listed suspect then stated “You need to move your vehicle you’re blocking the road out.” then went around him and sped off.
I then obtained listed suspects driver license information through the scale house, plate number and vehicle identification through listed victims pictures that he took of suspect’s vehicle.
I will be applying for a warrant against listed suspect, for leaving the scene of a accident.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 03, 2023]
On 09-03-2023 at 0856 am, I responded to a Rossville Police Dept traffic stop in reference to attempting service on an arrest warrant for Misd hit and run from a incident on 08-28-2023. Upon arrival I located the offender and placed him under arrest.
At this time I placed the offender in handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. The offender was then searched and no contraband or weapons were found. Prior to placing the offender in the back of my patrol vehicle I searched my back seat for contraband and weapons and nothing was found. I then placed the offender into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. I then transported the offender to the A/B line where he was turned over to Deputy Barkley for transport to the Walker County jail.
While there Deputy Barkley executed warrant #W23080284 for Misd Hit and Run.
