[NARRATIVE #1 on May 16, 2025]
I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] elementary school at approximately 1055 hours on 05/16/2025 per request of the school social worker for a possible case of child abuse.
Upon arrival I was directed to the social worker where I was informed of the circumstances of the request. The social worker informed me the child was sent to the nurses office to have a bandage changed on his head above his right eye. The child was treated by the nurse who then questioned the victim as to how this happened. The victim told the nurse his mother’s boyfriend had grabbed him by the throat and arm and proceeded to throw him across the room and he hit an electrical receptacle with his head. The victim proceeded to show his arm to the nurse. The arm had visible marks on it. Pictures were taken by the nurse of the victim’s arm and face to show the places referred to in the report. The school assistant principal completed the mandated reporter form and submitted as required. I contacted WCSO 73 and advised him of the incident, then completed initial report.

I executed a warrant on the suspect, warrant # W25050178. The suspect was handcuffed behind his back, double locked and checked for proper fit. The suspect was searched prior to placing him into my vehicle and no contraband was found. I transported the suspect from 1430 Suggs St. Rossville, Ga. to the Walker Co. Jail without incident. I searched the rear passenger area of my vehicle prior to and after the transport and no contraband was found.
