On September 4, 2025 at approximately 1456 hours I, Officer Smith, was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Warthen Street in reference to threats. Walker 911 advised the caller stated the neighbor had threatened to kill her.

Upon arrival I spoke with the listed complainant/victim Ms. [VICTIM #1]. She stated at approximately 1420 hours she was outside when the listed offender Mr. Lee was outside. She stated she was on her property which has a fence about 6 foot tall between the property lines, however you can see over the fence when she walks out of the side door of her residence.

She stated Mr. Lee started screaming threats of violence towards her. She stated Mr. Lee stated her name several times and said (in her words from memory) “Fu*k that b*tch, I hope she has a heart attack and dies. If I see her I will smash that b*tch in the face, I’ll kill that b*tch, hope she dies, I’ll fu*king kill that b*tch”. She stated Mr. Lee screamed those threats over and over out loud. She stated the two parties have had issues in the past with him damaging her property. She stated she did not provoke Mr. Lee in anyway and she feels like a prisoner in her own home due to his actions and her not being able to go outside without him screaming at her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she did wish to proceed with charges against Mr. Lee.

I spoke with Mr. Lee where I asked his side of the story where he stated he did not want to talk at first then started speaking on his own free will. He stated he walked outside and Ms. [VICTIM #1] was standing in her property and flipped him off. He stated he told her “Watch your finger b*tch” and called her a “Fat b*tch” but never threatened to kill her. He stated the two have issues because she had him placed in jail.

Due to the screaming and cursing where the general public could hear and the issues with both parties and the possible threat of Mr. Lee harming the victim I decided to place Mr. Lee in custody for Disorderly Conduct. I advised Mr. Lee to stand up and place his hands behind his back where he was placed in handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. I advised Mr. Lee that he was being charged with Disorderly Conduct.

I was walking Mr. Lee to my patrol vehicle where I was parked in the victims driveway. As we crossed into the victims property Mr. Lee yelled “b*tch” out loud while the victim was on her front porch. I then placed him into the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. He then kicked the bottom metal part of my partition. I advised him not to damage anything of my vehicle or I would charge him. I then got into my vehicle to leave where he started kicking the top plexiglasspart of my partition and my side door. I exited my patrol vehicle where I opened the rear door to speak with Mr. Lee and the concern and saftey hazzard to my person if he kicked through my partition.

While speaking with him I observed he had moved his handcuffs from behind the back to the front of him. I told him to step out due to me wanting to recuff him behind the back. As I grabbed his handcuffs to help him out of the vehicle he pulled away from me. I then pulled him out of the vehicle where he began to resist more. During the altercation he kicked me once in both legs in the area of the knees.

I then took him to the ground to gain control where I waited for another officer to arrive before I moved his handcuffs behind his back again. I was able to move his handcuffs where I then placed him back into my patrol vehicle. He then began kicking my vehicle again. He stated inside my vehicle “when I get out I’m fu*king her a*s up”. Mr. lee kicked my partition and side door approximatley 30 times combined.

I then transported him to the Walker County Jail where he was taken out of my patrol vehicle. As he exited my vehicle he stated “it’s alright I’ll get out of jail and when I do she’s going down it’s gonna be a fight watch”. He was then taken inside where there were no further issues I checked my patrol vehicle where I observed the rear door to be bent/warped at the top due to Mr. Lee kicking my door repeatedly.

Mr. Lee was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction of Law Enforcement, and Interference with Government Property.
