[NARRATIVE #1 on December 10, 2025]

On December 10, 2025 I responded to a harassment call at the incident location, while en route Walker E911 told me the subject sounded intoxicated and was being rude to them.

Upon my arrival to the scene I observed the listed male rolling on the ground in his driveway. After having the male stand up I got him identified and attempted to gather more information on his reason for calling 911. The investigation revealed threats were made on an open facebook forum after he posted something in a car group.

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 10, 2025]

On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location, due to Cpl Carmichael being unable to go to the residence, and advised me to go due to him having charges for the listed suspect. Due to the listed suspect’s misuse of 911.

Once on scene I made contact with the listed other who advised me that the listed suspect was in their home and she would let deputies in to take him into custody. Once I made contact with the listed suspect, he was place in handcuffs behind his back, which were unable to be check for fit or double locked due to his becoming resistant.

The listed suspect was then escorted to Deputy Ferguson’s patrol vehicle by myself and Deputy Bragg. Once at the patrol vehicle, the listed suspect refused multiple orders to get into the vehicle and became combative with myself and Deputy Bragg. The listed suspect was then assisted into the back of the patrol vehicle and turned over to Deputy Ferguson for transport.
