[NARRATIVE #1 on November 23, 2025]

I responded to [400 BLOCK] Keller Rd in reference to a welfare check. The caller advised that the victim had messaged her stating that the suspect had been hitting her and that she needed help.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the suspect, who stated that he and the victim had been arguing but stated that neither party had hit the other. The suspect had a long red scratch mark and other red marks which looked like defensive wounds on the right side of his neck.

The victim stated that the suspect had punched her several times and pushed her into a wall. The victim also stated that the suspect had grabbed her by the throat and choked her. The victim had red marks consistent with those made by fingers on the right side of her neck and one red mark consistent with being made by the suspect’s thumb on the left side of her neck.

The victim also had a small bump on the back of her head, which she stated was caused by the suspect shoving her into a wall. The victim had a red mark which was starting to bruise on the left side of her ribs where the victim stated that the suspect punched her with a closed fist.

When I asked the victim about the scratch on the suspect’s neck, she stated that when the suspect was choking her, she was scratching and pushing him, trying to get him to let go. The victim also advised that the two juveniles witnessed the above listed assault.

The victim was provided with a copy of the victim’s bill of rights and the domestic violence victims services information sheet, which provides contact information for applicable services as well as information on receiving threats and subsequent steps in the processing of the case. The victim was also provided the case number on the bill of rights form, along with contact information to follow up on the case.

At that time, I placed the offender under arrest. I placed the offender in handcuffs, which were checked for fit and double-locked. The offender was then searched, and no contraband or weapons were found. I then placed the offender into the back seat of Deputy Jones’ patrol vehicle and he was transported to the Walker County Jail.

[NARRATIVE #2 on November 23, 2025]

On 11/23/25 I responded to the listed address with Deputy Hinch in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Once reasonable suspicion was determined on the suspect, Deputy Hinch detained the suspect in handcuffs that were checked for fit and double locked. The suspect was patted down prior to being placed in the vehicle with no weapons or contraband felt.

After probable cause was determined to make the arrest, Deputy Hinch placed the suspect in the rear of my patrol car for transport. The suspect was not searched incident to arrest due to his increased agitation

While transporting the suspect to the jail, he began hitting my partition and doors multiple times screaming at me. Once at the jail, no damage to my vehicle was observed.

However, once at the jail, he was booked in by jail staff without incident.

The rear of my patrol car was searched before and after transport with no weapons or contraband located.
