[NARRATIVE #1 on October 02, 2025]
I responded to the area of Highway 2 and McFarland Ave in reference to a welfare check on a female who stated that she was being followed.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the suspect who stated that she had come to visit the male other and that earlier this date she and the male other had been in an argument and that she had decided to leave the residence. The other parties then followed the suspect while trying to convince her to get in the car because she is from out of town and doesn’t know anyone else here.
After taking statements from all parties I spoke to the suspect about where she wanted to go until her return flight on Oct 6th. At that time, the suspect had been sitting on her suitcase and then stood up and started moving towards the vehicle where the other parties were located and screaming at them.
I then believed that the suspect would attempt to attack the other parties and grabbed her right arm and stopped her from moving towards the vehicle and had her sit back down. I then advised the suspect that she needed to calm down and stop screaming at the other parties or she would be charged with disorderly conduct. The suspect then moved toward the other party’s vehicle and started screaming at them again.
At that time, I placed the suspect under arrest. The suspect was placed in handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. The suspect was then placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the A/B sector line where she was turned over to Deputy Scarbrough for transportation to the Walker County Jail.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 02, 2025]
On 10-02-2025 at 0941 am, I met Deputy Hinch at the A/B line in reference to picking up a prisoner to be transported to the Walker County Jail.
Upon taking custody of the prisoner, I changed out handcuffs and returned them to Deputy Hinch. The handcuffs were then checked for fit and double locked. The offender was then searched and no contraband or weapons were found. Prior to placing the offender in the back of my patrol vehicle I searched my back seat for contraband and weapons and nothing was found.
I then placed the offender into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. I then transported the offender to the Walker County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail the offender was removed from my vehicle and I searched the rear seat of my patrol vehicle for contraband and weapons and nothing was found. The offender was then turned over detention personnel.
