[NARRATIVE #1 on October 22, 2025]
On Thursday 10/22/2025 at 2252 I was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a prowler. I arrived on scene with Deputy Baggett and Deputy Taylor.
Upon arrival, I met with the listed witness (male) who stated that he heard a shot fired but could not determine the direction it came from. He stated that he did not see who fired the shot. The wife of the witness stated that she had heard the suspect making threats toward the victim and the victim’s family prior to the shots being fired. Both witnesses said that the suspect would yell threats from across the street. This happened weeks prior to the incident.
I then met with the listed victim who stated that he heard the suspect yelling across the street and then something hit his residence. The victim came outside and saw the suspect on the porch across the street. He said that the suspect took off running west. The victim said that the suspect had made threat in the past months about taking care of him and his family. The victim also said that he had seen the suspect shooting a revolver and that the suspect had asked neighbors in the area if they had .22 caliber rounds.
While speaking with the victim he expressed concern that something struck his house. Upon examining the residence I discovered a fragment of a bullet. I photographed the fragment prior to removing it from the trim of the door on the victims residence and have attached photographs of it to this report. I then bagged the bullet fragment and collected it in accordance with policy. All required paperwork was completed and the bullet fragment was placed into evidence.
The victim was able to confirm the identity of whom he believed shot at his house as the listed suspect. The other listed victim (wife) also stated that she had video/audio evidence of the suspect threatening to kill her and the family. The listed victim also showed us text messages of several other concerned neighbors texting him stating that the suspect was observed with a revolver recently and had been asking other neighbors in the area if they had ammunition.
All deputies on scene conducted an extensive search of the area for the suspect and for any shell casings that may have been in the area. No casings were found at the scene and the suspect has not been located at this time and is still at large.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 24, 2025]
On 10/24/2025 at 0420 hours I was conducting an extra patrol in the area of the listed address.
While conducting the extra patrol I observed the listed suspect at the location identified by the listed victim from a prowler call on 10/23/2025. The suspect was sitting on the porch talking to himself as I made contact with him. I identified myself as a Walker County Sheriff’s Deputy and approached the listed suspect.
I confirmed that this was the same suspect I had been searching for last date. The suspect identified himself. I told the listed suspect that he was being detained. Deputy Taylor read the listed suspect his miranda warning and the listed suspect agreed to answer questions.
The listed suspect’s answers were incoherent and were mainly rambling about how he was being spied on. He stated that he did not do anything and that he had a clone and that he had firearms at his residence. The suspect was unable to provide an address for his residence. The suspect was asked if he had a gun were would he keep it. The suspect replied with in the closet, referring to the closet at his aunts residence.
I informed the listed suspect that I was placing him under arrest. I searched the listed suspect for weapons and contraband with none found. I searched the back of my patrol vehicle for weapons and contraband with none found before placing the listed suspect in the back seat.
I transported the listed suspect to the a/b sector line. I met Deputy Baggett there and the suspect was transport to the jail. I searched the back of my patrol vehicle again for weapons and contraband after moving the suspect to Deputy Baggett’s vehicle with none found.

[NARRATIVE #3 on October 24, 2025]
On 10/24/2025 at approximately 0504 hours I conducted a transport for Deputy Thompson. I arrived at the a/b line, taking the suspect into custody. I transported the suspect to the Walker County Jail and was turned over to jail staff without incident. The back of the patrol car was checked before and after transport for weapons and contraband with nothing found.
