On 11/14/2025 at 2005 hours, I Cpl. Phillips was dispatched to 204 South Main Street (Morgan Motel) in LaFayette in reference to a possible Physical Domestic.

Upon arriving I met with listed Offender (Krystal Sipsy) who was bleeding from a laceration from her right hand. Krystal stated that nothing physical between her and listed Offender (Robert Worthy) occurred. Krystal stated her hand was bleeding due to her getting angry and punching through a window in their apartment. Krystal stated she got mad during the argument and punched out the window. Krystal stated that she and Robert had been drinking. Krystal continued to state that Robert had nothing to do with her getting hurt and that she did punch the window out.

I then spoke with Robert who stated he did not hit or assault Krystal and that he was laying in his bed when she had punched the window out. Robert stated that they both had been consuming alcohol and were arguing prior to my arrival. I then detained Robert, and he was placed in my handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked.

I then spoke with listed Complainant/Witness [WITNESS #1] who stated the two subjects in apartment [REDACTED] have been fighting off and on all night so far. [WITNESS #1] stated he did hear the female in scream for help and to call 911. [WITNESS #1] stated he then heard the male subject screaming and yelling back at the female.

After speaking to all parties and gathering information needed to conduct my investigation, I placed Robert in my custody for Disorderly Conduct and due to prior investigations and disturbances the same listed date. Robert was searched incident to arrest for contraband or weapons, and none were found. EMS was dispatched in reference to Krystals laceration to her right hand. Krystal was treated on scene and was turned over to Memorial Medic Personnel due to her injury.

Robert was placed in the rear of Patrolman McDaniel’s patrol vehicle to be transported to the Walker County Jail. Krystal was turned over to EMS and advised she had lost her keys to lock her apartment. Krystal informed me that she was okay with leaving the door unsecured. Robert was issued a Citation #124003229. Krystal will be issued with a Citation for Disorderly Conduct and Court date also in reference to the ongoing disturbances on a later date due to going to the hospital for her injury.
