[NARRATIVE #1 on November 20, 2025]

On this date Thursday 11/20/2025 around 1555 hours, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance and the caller advised his dad shot at him. Prior to my arrival I was advised the caller was in the woods and his dad was last seen standing at the window pointing a firearm out the window. Dispatch also advised the dad of the subject had called in and there was a firearm but it has been put up.

I advised dispatch I was on scene and observed a male sitting on the ground at the driveway. I asked if he called 911. He advised he did. I then asked where his dad was. He advised the last he seen him was at the house standing by the window.

As I drove up to the residence dispatch advised the dad was on the phone. I used the patrol loud speaker on my patrol car and asked the male to step out of the house with his hands up. The male came outside and he was holding the phone. I advised him to hang up and put his hands in the air and turn and raise his shirt to show he did not have any weapons. He complied with my instructions.

I then spoke with the male subject identified as the dad and Deputy Linder #79 spoke with the son and victim about the incident. Detective Hill #20 also came out to the scene and spoke with both parties.

I then took the listed firearm into evidence and filled out evidence sheet and had suspect sign it to turn them into evidence locker. I also placed the suspect under arrest for the listed charge.
