On 9/15/2025 at 00:8 hours I, Officer Henry, was requested to be en route to 1101 N. Main St, the McDonald’s, in reference to an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. While still en route I was advised by Walker Central that the male had left walking south on Main St.

I made contact with the male on N. Main St at Rhyne Rd. Upon exiting my vehicle to speak with the subject I observed him sit an open 4 Loko, alcohol beverage, down on the sidewalk. As I approached, I noticed the male began to pull his pants up and turn to the wood line. Based on my knowledge, training, and experience I recognized this as a pre-flight indicator, meaning I believed the subject was about to attempt to flee. I then closed the distance and grabbed the subject by his left arm.

I then placed the subject in handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. I searched the subject for any weapons or contraband, which none were found. I asked the subject if he had any I.D. which he advised no. I noticed while speaking to the subject he was bleeding from the left side of his head, which was consistent with the report that the male had fallen when causing the issue at McDonald’s. The subject denied medical attention. while still standing on the sidewalk the subject began to scream back towards the McDonald’s area, “I’m going to kill your fu*king wife Ni*ga”.

I then searched the rear of my patrol vehicle for any weapons or contraband, which none were found. I transported the subject to the Walker County Detention Center. Once at the detention center the subject was turned over to detention staff. The subject continued to be difficult by not providing his identity and urinating himself in the intake area. I then returned to service awaiting the fingerprint results from the detention center.
