[NARRATIVE #1 on March 03, 2023]

On the listed date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance. The caller advised that the suspect and the other were arguing and he thought that he saw the suspect choke to the other. While en route dispatch advised that the suspect had several warrants for his arrest through the Sheriff’s office.

The first warrant was for robbery with a warrant number of #W22100170 and simple assault with a warrant number of #W22100171. Those two warrants were handled under case number 2022-00031993. The other warrant was for driving while license suspended with a warrant number of #W22120147 and was handled under case number 2022-00038652.

The last set of warrants were all three for MISD failure to appear with warrant numbers #W22120110, #W22120111, and #W22120112. Myself, Deputy Henry, and Deputy Riggs arrived on scene and located the suspect hiding in a van, listed as case vehicle. He was ordered out and taken into custody.

I was advised by Sgt Herpts that the suspect is known to be in possession of stolen property particularly vehicles. There was a motorcycle, listed as property vehicle, on scene and the VIN was ran by dispatch through GCIC/NCIC and it returned stolen through Jasper Tennessee.

Dispatch notified Jasper PD and I called for the next list wrecker service. I read the suspect his Miranda rights and he agreed to speak with me. He advised that the other suspect had drove the motorcycle to the house earlier and he knew nothing about it.

I spoke to the other suspect and asked him how he got to the residence. He advised he drove the motorcycle that was sitting outside. It should be noted that this was the only motorcycle on the property. I then detained the suspect and read him his Miranda rights and he advised he understood. He advised he had a bill of sale but could only produce a photo of a handwritten bill of sale with a very difficult to read name of the seller. I then placed the second suspect under arrest.

While on scene Deputy Henry utilized K9 Iker to conduct a free air sniff around the vehicle that the suspect was originally in. K9 Iker had a positive change in behavior indicating the presence of narcotics and Deputy Henry searched the front seat area where the suspect was and located a glass smoking pipe with white residue and a crystal substance still in the pipe. The substance was field tested and tested positive for meth.

The listed other advised that the domestic was only verbal in nature and that nobody put hands on each other. The suspect advised of the same account. Delaineys wrecker service arrived on scene and removed the vehicle. I then transported the suspect to the Walker County Jail where he was turned over to detention staff and the warrant were executed. Deputy Henry transported the other suspect.

The contraband that was recovered was seized and logged into evidence at the Walker County Sheriff’s Office.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 03, 2023]

On the listed date and time, I was requested to be en route to the listed location in reference to a domestic. Walker central advised of who the listed suspect/aggressor was. Once on scene I deployed K9 Iker for a show of force and substance detection. The listed suspect was taken into custody and contraband was recovered.
