[NARRATIVE #1 on March 21, 2026]
On 03/21/26 I, Sergeant Hunt completed a phone call for a delayed Domestic incident at [1000 BLOCK] North Chattanooga Street. I made contact with listed other [REDACTED], who is a registered nurse at Common Spirit Hospital in Ringgold, Georgia. Mrs. [REDACTED] advised she was informed by listed complainant/victim [VICTIM #1] that she wanted to report a domestic incident that occurred earlier on the same listed date.
I made contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] and spoke with her about her account of the events that occurred. Due to Mrs. [VICTIM #1] being at the hospital I spoke with her by phone. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she was caught cheating on Mr. Chandler and during their entire interaction Mr. Chandler would not allow her to have her phone and was actively posting on her social media accounts. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] would discover later Mr. Chandler was posting her private explicit photos.
Mr. Chandler informed Mrs. [VICTIM #1] that her life was ruined after he forwarded her photos across several platforms (messages, tiktok, discord). Mr. Chandler allowed Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to leave and gave her phone back to her and informed her if she returned he would contact law enforcement. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated she had to contact her parents who drove eight hours back to her, who then took her to Common Spirit hospital at 1900 hours. Corporal Phillips met with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to photograph and collect additional evidence of Mrs. [VICTIM #1] bruises and injuries.
Corporal Phillips also collected a statement from Mrs. [VICTIM #1] which stated the following;
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised on the above listed date listed offender Zachary Chandler had discovered Mrs. [VICTIM #1] was sending explicit photos and message other people online. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Chandler grew upset and requested Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to leave the residence. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she asked Mr. Chandler to work and resolve their issues, however Mr. Chandler stated “this is ending on my terms”.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Chandler then took her phone and prevented her from accessing the phone. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she attempted to get her phone from Mr. Chandler when he proceeded to roundhouse kick her in the abdomen area. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she fell over the toilet and into the shower.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated she was thrown on the bed repeatedly and struck by Mr. Chandler in the head with a closed fist, his shoes, and a belt. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Chandler tied her ankles and she attempted to leave by going out the window and getting her ipad to call 911. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Chandler exited the residence and told Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to come back into the residence or he would beat her outside for everyone to see.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] upon returning inside the residence was told by Mr. Chandler to get her things, which he already packed, and she needed to leave. While telling Mrs. [VICTIM #1] this information Mr. Chandler advised Mrs. [VICTIM #1] he posted her nude photos and acts onto social media platforms like TikTok and Discord. Mr. Chandler proceeded to change the email, the password, and removing the apps off of Mrs. [VICTIM #1] device preventing her from accessing the accounts again.
After Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s phone was almost dead, Mr. Chandler informed Mrs. [VICTIM #1] she needed to get into her vehicle and go to her dad’s residence as he also was informed of the situation. It was later determined Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s father listed other [REDACTED], was also one of the person’s Mr. Chandler sent the explicit content of Mrs. [VICTIM #1] to as well. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] also advised there was damage to one of the doors in the residence, where Mr. Chandler punched the door and Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated she felt she was in danger of receiving a violent injury but Mr. [CHANDLER] struck the door behind her instead of striking her.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised as she was reversing to leave the area, Mr. Chandler stated if his Judge firearm was not in the dresser he would shoot her. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised once she arrived at her parents after Mr. Chandler packed all of her belongings into her vehicle, she discovered Mr. Chandler had poured her shampoo and conditioner all over her electronics. Due to Mrs. [VICTIM #1] being at the hospital and no other person available at the time I advised Mrs. [VICTIM #1] we would conduct a follow up to photograph the damage electronics and vinyl discs. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] photos of markings and swelling from the physical altercation with Mr. Chandler will be attached.
Once Corporal Phillips made contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] and photographed the markings and injuries and collected a statement, I made my way to [1000 BLOCK] North Chattanooga Street to speak with Mr. Chandler and get his side of events. I was advised by Corporal Phillips that based on the observations and photos attached there is probable cause to arrest Mr. Chandler.
I arrived at the incident location and noticed the front door was ajar and no one in the living room. I attempted to make contact and was advised by Officer Haven, Mr. Chandler was inside asleep. Contact with Mr. Chandler was made and came to the front of the residence where I spoke with him about the incident.
Upon asking Mr. Chandler what occurred, Mr. Chandler stated Mrs. [VICTIM #1] has been cheating on him since September, this time she caught her messaging or exchanging with two guys at once, and he packed all of her belongings and told her to go to her dads. I asked Mr. Chandler about the injuries and he looked surprised and puzzled about the inquire. I advised him further of the situation and Mr. Chandler stated she did not get them from him. Based on the totality of the circumstances, Mr. [CHANDLER] was placed in handcuffs behind the back. The handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked to prevent tightening.
Mr. Chandler was allowed to secure his residence and collect shoes before leaving. Mr. Chandler was transported to Walker County Detention without issue. Once at Detention, Mr. Chandler was turned over to and accepted by Walker County Detention staff. Based on Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s statement and signs of handprints observed around her neck, Mr. Chandler was charged with Aggravated Assault-strangulation.

Mr. Chandler is charged with Hindering of 911 call, as Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised she needed to call 911 and Mr. Chandler took her phone preventing her from calling, and when Mrs. [VICTIM #1] attempted to retrieve her Ipad did tell Mrs. [VICTIM #1] he would cause physical harm should she not return to the residence. Mr. Chandler is also charged with Criminal Trespass-Damages as without permission form Mrs. [VICTIM #1] did intention damage her property by pouring shampoo and condition on them.
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated the cost for the damaged property as follows; Vinyl disc five of them valued at $30 dollars, one Vinyl disc at $70 dollars, and one Vinyl disc at $55 dollars. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] gaming controllers were damaged and valued two for $60 dollars each, a headset valued at $20 dollars, a mouse valued at $60 dollars, and Keyboard valued at $110 dollars.
Due to Mr. Chandler sending out Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s explicit photos without her permission to do so, when during the course of their arguement and when he took posession of Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s phone began uploading explicit sexual material to her social media accounts.
