On April 25th, 2026, at approximately 2048 hours, I, Officer Herron, was dispatched to 138 North Midland Avenue at the establishment of Will Henry’s in reference to a dispute/physical altercation occurring between customers of the establishment.

Upon arrival at the scene, I made contact with the complainant, [WITNESS #1]) who directed me in the area where individuals were holding down an extremely disorderly, belligerent individual. The restraining parties were identified as [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #4], who were holding down an individual later identified as (Christopher Sorrell). The parties continuously stated that Christopher was attempting to fight the individuals.

Due to the circumstances, Christopher was detained, handcuffed behind his back, where the handcuffs were checked for proper fitment, double locked, before I patted Christopher down to ensure there was no Contraband or weapons on his body, before I secured him in the back of my patrol vehicle.

During this process, I observed the strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from Christopher’s body and breath, along with him stumbling and needing assistance to stand and walk to my vehicle. Due to these circumstances, I determined that Christopher was heavily impaired. Christopher also stated that before he entered my vehicle, he wanted to “hit” his vape. I located no vape on Christopher and asked where it was. I suspect this is when Christopher realised that possessing a vape is illegal and began denying he owned one.

I made my way towards the individuals who were holding down Christopher, who were later identified as the witnesses and victims.

I first spoke with [WITNESS #1], who stated Christopher was observed by the staff of the establishment and customers to be under the age of 21, the legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. [WITNESS #1] then went on to state that Christopher was attempting to walk around and sell alcoholic beverages that he brought inside the establishment to other customers. [WITNESS #1] then stated that Christopher had become belligerent when individuals started confronting him about his age and actions when he tried to fight the other individuals listed.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #2], who stated Christopher attempted to sell him alcoholic beverages and attempted to fight [VICTIM #2] once denied. [VICTIM #2] stated Christopher had pushed and head-butted [VICTIM #2] in the chest area. As [VICTIM #2] stated, he was headbutted by Christopher, and he pointed towards a fresh blood stain that had not dried yet in the area where he stated he was headbutted.

[VICTIM #2] also stated that when he attempted to call Emergency Services, Christopher began attempting to exit the premises, and when the party attempted to stop Christopher and wait for emergency services to arrive, he began fighting other individuals, spitting and biting them which eventually led to them having to hold down Christopher until the officers’ arrival.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #3], who exemplified the same account to the incident. of Christopher attempted to sell alcoholic beverages he brought inside the establishment to patrons and began acting disorderly, attempting to fight individuals In the process which he spat on [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #3]. These parties declined to pursue charges for the said Act committed by Christopher.

Lastly, I spoke with [VICTIM #4], who stated that Christopher also attempted to furnish alcohol to him and fight other patrons at the establishment. [VICTIM #4] continued, stating that during the attempts to prevent Christopher from exiting the premises of the establishment, Christopher bit [VICTIM #4] on his knee. [VICTIM #4] then pointed to the area of his knee where I observed a fresh red mark, which was approximately the size of a mouth bite. The other listed parties stated that Christopher did, in fact, bite [VICTIM #4]. [VICTIM #4] insisted on pressing charges.

As I was speaking with the witnesses/victims, Officer Priest, badge #349, made contact with the manager of the establishment and acquired the information that Christopher will be criminally trespassed from the listed establishment of Will Henry’s for a period of 5 years. Officer priest then filled out the proper paperwork for the criminal trespass, which was served to both the manager of the listed establishments and Christopher.

Once I was done speaking with the witnesses/victims, I made my way over towards Christopher who still admitted the strong odor of alcoholic beverages from his person, and I read him his Miranda rights before I questioned him about the incident that had occurred. Christopher was unable to thoroughly explain what had occurred at the list of establishment, and was belligerently upset that he was handcuffed in the back of a police vehicle.

I then relocated to where the altercation happened between the witnesses that Christopher and I located a blue “GEEK BAR” vape, a black hat, a gold chain, and keys to a vehicle bearing the tag [REDACTED]. All parties were asked if the items belonged to them, which they denied, stating that they belonged to Christopher. Christopher claimed the hat was his and continued with his story that the vape wasn’t. Christopher also stated the keys belonged to his friend [REDACTED]. I was able to get in contact with [REDACTED], who is the registered owner of the vehicle and return his keys and gold chain.

Christopher was then transported to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he was turned over to the deputies without incident.

The vape was logged into evidence under property receipt #37102, and placed into locker #005.

Christopher was arrested on:
