On 11/23/2023 (Thanksgiving morning) myself and Officer Bradley were dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Hubbard Street Apt [REDACTED] due to a domestic dispute between two females. Dispatch updated the call comments advising a subject was intoxicated and refusing to get out of a vehicle. Call also updated stating they could hear a scuffle through the phone call which disconnected again.

Upon arriving in the area I read that the vehicle was attempting to leave and that the subject was possibly intoxicated once more. Upon arrival onto Hubbard Street I observed headlights to a vehicle that was hacking into a driveway. The vehicle then turned left out of the driveway onto Hubbard Street. Due to the call comments (domestic related/possible intoxicated driver) I activated my emergency blue lights to gain the drivers attention to stop the vehicle. I exited my vehicle and heard female subjects talking in a loud manner.

Officer Bradley spoke to the female standing near the front of the residence. ([VICTIM #1]) As I spoke with the other females involved with the dispute, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Juvenile 1) and Christy White. ([REDACTED]). From what I could gather from juvenile 1, she stated her mother had been drinking and that she did not want to stay with her.

Juvenile 1 stated she did not want to stay with her mother and attempted to leave the residence. In doing so [VICTIM #1] grabbed juvenile 1’s arm in attempt to keep her from leaving the residence. In doing so Christy then became involved with the altercation. Christy stated she started to fight with her mother. Christy stated her earring fell out of her right ear and her nail was bleeding. (left hand pinky) There were no visible marks on juvenile 1, she stated she was grabbed to be kept from leaving the residence.

Officer Bradley spoke with [VICTIM #1] in detail about what occurred. Below is what he stated to me at a later time. [VICTIM #1] stated that Christy had been drinking all day. Juvenile 1 became upset with [VICTIM #1] and wanted to leave the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not allow juvenile 1 to leave the residence with Christy who was intoxicated. [VICTIM #1] stated she did grab juvenile 1 by the arm to prevent her from leaving. At that moment [VICTIM #1] stated that Christy jumped on her resulted in physical dispute.

[VICTIM #1] had blood on the left side of her chin, scratch on her right arm, and on her right hand. (Pictures attached)

Christy had a ear ring missing and a bloodied pinky nail.

Due to the visible injury it was possible Christy bent her nail while fighting with her mom. From what I could determine after speaking with Christy and Officer Bradley, Christy was the predominant aggressor.

1) [VICTIM #1] was attempting to prevent her juvenile daughter from leaving the residence. (underage)
2) Christy jumped on [VICTIM #1] after juvenile 1 was prevented from leaving the residence
3) Christy scratched her mother in the face and arm.

Pictures were taken of Christy as well and attached to the report. Due to the following, Christy was placed under arrest for battery EVA. Fingerprints were obtained at the Monroe Police Department before being transported to the Walton County jail. Prior to transport handcuffs were double locked and checked for fit
