On this date October 24, 2025 I Sgt. Studdard was on patrol in the area of North Madison Ave driving with my windows down. When I heard females screaming in the area of Will Henry’s one of the females screamed ” Fu*k you Bit*h” when diverted my attention to the back deck of Will Henrys (Monroe Pizzeria) I then seen a large trash can flying through the air, I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant and seen two black females engaged in a physical dispute, One of the females was holding the other one back while she was kicking. I exited my patrol vehicle and detained the female who was kicking.
I grabbed the The female (Dalisha Jackson) By the arms and told her to put her hands behind her back she began passively resisting by sinking her body weight to the ground. I held her up against the wall while getting one hand into handcuffs (Left) she then began kicking at the wall, At that time I took (Jackson) to the ground with a arm drag. Jackson was then placed into double locked handcuffs. She then began kicking and cussing on the patio which still had several patrons from the restaurant.
Ofc. Ashmore arrived on scene and helped me escort Jackson to his patrol vehicle, At this time Jackson was completely un-cooperative not following any commands and refusing to get into the patrol vehicle. I went to the other side of Ashmore’s patrol to help get her into the vehicle. During this process Ashmore was still struggling to get her in the vehicle on the passenger side, during this struggle she bit Ashmore’s right arm causing swelling and a defined teeth print on the fold of his arm.
Jackson was then pulled into the back of the patrol vehicle, Ofc. Ashmore transported her to the jail without incident.
Warrants to be taken for: Disorderly Conduct.
[End of Narrative]
