On 5JUN25 I was called by LT Harrison to respond to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Tigers Way in reference to the complaint of molestation by a 15 year old female. Harrison stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] girlfriend has a daughter, and the daughter had been the victim of possible child molestation.

I responded to the residence and made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I spoke with her and we decided that the back porch of the residence would be the best place to talk to the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. We went to the porch and I introduced myself. I asked her to begin at the beginning and tell me what had happened.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was at her grandmother’s, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], residence at watching her cousin, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who is a toddler. She state that she was playing a game called “airplane” with the child where she would lie on her back, on the floor, and hold the child up in the air. She stated that as she was doing this, she looked up and saw a male who was known to her, Michael McCullough, with his pants undone sitting in a chair behind her.

She stated that she saw him manipulating his pe*is with his hand(s) and looking at them. She stated that he was wearing blue pants, and had a créme and white plaid pillow next to him. She then stated that he began to “shake” his pe*is; in what she perceived to be to get her attention or elicit a response from her. She also stated that on Easter this year the suspect touched her breast. She believed it to be accidental at the time, as she believed he was reaching from something. McCullough is the grandmother’s neighbor, residing at [300 BLOCK] Etten Drive.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was able to give a time frame of between 1500 and 1730 hours on 5JUN25 for the incident to have occurred. She stated that her father arrived on location around 1730 and she left with him. When she returned to her mother is when she told what had occurred. She also expressed concern, as the suspect lives with two other juvenile females, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did advise there are several cameras on the property, but it is unknown at this time if they caught anything. I was able to view some images of a male identified as the suspect leaving the residence around 1745 hours.

I then contacted DET Parson and advised her of the situation. She then contacted SGT Reynolds and called me back. She let me know that she would set up a forensic interview as soon as possible.
