On 06/19/2026, I Sgt. Johnson responded to [REDACTED] in reference to a Domestic dispute.
Upon arrival to the scene, I made contact with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised she was dropping her mother off at work and getting ready to pull off before she seen Otis Braddy running out the house and attacking her mother while she had a 5-year-old-child in her arm. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated once she seen the incident taking place, she got out of her vehicle to help Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Once she got out of the vehicle Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated she heard Mr. Braddy say “I’m going to fu*k you up” to Ms. [VICTIM #1].
Once I was done talking to Ms. [WITNESS #1] about the incident I went and talked to Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated her daughter dropped her off at work and Mr. Braddy was saying he was going to fu*k her up if she stepped inside of his house. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised she thought Mr. Braddy was playing due to his natural behavior and also figure he was intoxicated. When Ms. [VICTIM #1] attempted to go into the house, she stated Mr. Braddy grabbed her by the back of her wig and that’s when Ms. [WITNESS #1] came back to help separate both parties. When Ms. [WITNESS #1] separated both parties, she stated Mr. [BRADDY] went and picked up a fry dripper and state he was going to hit her too if she didn’t leave. Ms. [WITNESS #1] then called 911.
After collecting information from both parties, I waited outside for Lt. Parker to arrival so that we could search the residence for [Mr]. Braddy. Before entering in the residence Mr. Braddy came to the door and advised he did grabbed Ms. [VICTIM #1]. When asked what started the incident Mr. Braddy said he asked Ms. Pole to put some money on his account for him and when he went to check one day he noticed that she had took some money out of his account.
Due to Mr. Braddy admitting to grabbing Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] witnessing the incident unfold a warrant for O.C.G.A 16-5-19 Simple Battery and O.C.G.A 16-5-70 Cruelty to children.
