On 01/25/2026 I was dispatched to 2623 Poppell Break Road in reference to meeting with an Organization called Predator Poachers.

I met with the representative with Predator Poachers which is an organization that travels around and catches individuals that are obtaining/ communicating sexual acts with minors.

The organization representative turned over to me the printed out conversation that the suspect was having with what he thought was a 12 year old female. This included inappropriate images of the suspects genitalia. The suspect was asked about the conversation multiple times and admitted that he did in fact do it.

Law enforcement was dvised that the communication was via both cell phone and a tablet. Detective were notified and conducted an investigation. Evidence was seized.

Bray was then placed under arrest with double locked handcuffs and was then transported to the Wayne County Jail where he was turned over to jail booking staff. A hold for warrants and an investigative hold was place on Bray.
