ON 2/8/26 I was dispatched to Odum Screven Rd in reference to a dispute.

Upon arrival I spoke with [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] said that she was in her yard and seen her neighbor [VICTIM #1] going to the mailbox and she began walking over that way. [WITNESS #1] said that [VICTIM #1]’s son (Jared) began yelling at [VICTIM #1] and went down the driveway and over to the mailbox with her. [WITNESS #1] stated that Jared did not see her and he grabbed [VICTIM #1] and shoved her to the ground.

[WITNESS #1] stated that she then yelled at Jared and he took off running back toward the house. [WITNESS #1] stated that she got [VICTIM #1] up and they walked into the yard and that Jared drove down the driveway and when he got close to her he swerved toward her. [WITNESS #1] said that he then stopped and acted as if he was going to get out of the passenger seat and he was yelling at her through the window and then he took off down the road.

[VICTIM #1] stated that Jared does not allow her to have a phone and tries to cut her off from the outside world. [VICTIM #1] showed me the red marks on her right knee and elbow. [VICTIM #1] stated that Jared does not want her out of the house and he does not allow her to have a phone.

[VICTIM #1] said that today while she was at the mailbox Jared grabbed her threw her down because he does not want her to check the mail. [VICTIM #1] said that she feels like she is trapped and Jared doesnt want people to find out how he treats her so thats why he is so controlling.

I then advised both parties that a report would be filed and Charges applied for. I also advised [VICTIM #1] of the Eviction Process.
