On 11/6/25 at 1517 I was contacted by [VICTIM #1] in reference to fraud.

[VICTIM #1] stated that he lives in Texas and went to apply for unemployment benefits. He was advised by the unemployment office that he had a current work history at 324 Brickyard Rd, in Dalton, Ga. He stated that he has never been in the state of Georgia.

[VICTIM #1] believes that someone is using his name and social security number to work in the floor productions plant on Brickyard.

[VICTIM #1] stated that he needed a report to assist him with getting the benefits that he is requesting. He also wishes for the matter to be investigated. This case will remain active.
