On March 26, 2026, I, Ofc Miller, was dispatched to the BP gas station located at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a male subject urinating beside the store.

Once on scene, I made contact with Antione Romel Gill, outside the store. I knew Antione from dealing with him on a loitering call prior to this one. I detained Antione by placing him in handcuffs, checking for fit and double locking for safety, before placing him inside the back seat of my patrol car.

I then went inside the store to speak with the complainant [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Antione had been coming onto the property a lot recently and when she saw him walk beside the store, she went out to see what he was doing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she then saw Antione standing beside the dumpster, in full view of the public, urinating. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she then called 911. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that Antoine was to be trespassed from the property as well.

I then returned to Antione, still seated in the back seat of my patrol car where I advised him that he was under arrest for public indecency. I then searched him incident to arrest before safety belting him back inside where he advised he was a US citizen when asked as well as stating that he did not have medical conditions that I should be aware of.

I then transported him to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office where I handed him over to the booking staff after securing my sidearm in a lock box inside the sally port. I then applied for warrant #W26-503 for the charge of OCGA 16-6-8 public indecency and spoke with Magistrate Judge Phillips about the warrant. Judge Phillips approved my warrant request, and I then returned inside the jail and served Antione the warrant after printing it off. I also advised Antione that he was trespassed from the BP gas station and if he returned, he would be arrested. Antione stated he understood.
