On 06/21/2026, I, Officer Warnack, alongside Officer Reyes, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officer Reyes and I met with all parties involved.
The complainant [VICTIM #1] stated that a female named Deborah Zamorano started banging on her apartment door. [VICTIM #1] stated that she has lived at the residence for 3 months and it is her boyfriend [REDACTED]’s place. [VICTIM #1] stated that she refused to let Deborah in due to how agressive she was being and that she was in fear of her safety.
Deborah stated to me that her son [REDACTED] got arrested last night. Deborah stated that before getting arrested, [REDACTED] asked her to go by the apartment and get all of his stuff. Deborah stated that she went by the apartment to pick up his stuff today. Deborah stated that she knocked and banged on the door multiple times. Deborah stated that her anger got the best of her. Deborah stated that she threw her whole body into the door, causing it to break. Deborah stated that she then saw [VICTIM #1] with another male in the apartment who was identified as [REDACTED]. Deborah assumed that [VICTIM #1] was cheating on her and stated that her boyfriend [WITNESS #1] had to hold her back from doing something to [VICTIM #1].
[VICTIM #1] stated that [REDACTED] is her half brother who was there to pick her up.
[WITNESS #1] stated the same thing as Deborah. [WITNESS #1] stated that he and Deborah came to pick up [REDACTED]’s belongings. [WITNESS #1] stated that Deborah banged on the door and eventually threw her weight into it to break inside.
The landlord of the property did not want any charges pressed for the door being broken.
Due to [VICTIM #1] being in fear of her safety and Deborah acting in a manner of aggression that a reasonable person would be in fear of their safety, we made the decision to arrest Deborah for disorderly conduct.
Officer Reyes searched Deborah in front of his patrol car. We then secured Deborah into the rear of my patrol vehicle. I went en route to Whitfield County Jail. Once at the jail, I locked my gun in the jail lockbox. I brought Deborah inside the jail. I confirmed that she was a U.S. citizen.
Deborah was then served warrant #W26-1039 for disorderly conduct. Deborah had no questions about the charges. I searched my patrol vehicle prior to and after transport.
