On 18 February, 2025 at approximately 17: 56 hours, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a disorderly subject.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who advised a patron, Desiray Warren, was intoxicated and being disorderly. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised Warren and her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were staying at the aforementioned address and arrived today intoxicated. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated once there, Warren became boisterous by screaming loudly, cursing, and causing a scene which caused [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to fear for her safety. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she tried to calm Warren down but she continued to be irate and be disorderly.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Warren was no longer welcome to stay at the aforementioned address and ask her to leave. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Warren became more irate by this and continued to cause a scene.

I made contact with Warren who had blood shot eyes, slurred speech, and admitted to consuming alcohol earlier. Warren was immediately confrontational stating she was a prisoner here and the staff was mean. I advised Warren she was no longer welcome and she needed to leave. Warren stalled by stating she wanted to show me videos of the staff being mean.

At this point, based on Warren being on private property with permission revoked, in an intoxicated manner and being loud, boisterous, and disorderly, I placed Warren under arrest (double locked and checked for proper spacing).

Search incident to arrest, no contraband was located on her person. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] remained on scene while DFACS was notified to care for him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was turned Over to DFACS.

Prior to placing Warren in the rear seat of my car, I searched the back seat with no contraband being located. Warren was placed in the rear seat where she was safety belted in and advised she is a US citizen. I transported Warren to the Whitfield County Jail where upon arrival, I secured my service pistol in the lock boxes provided.

Warren and her property were turned over to the booking staff without incident. While there, I completed a warrantless arrest form #70018 charging Warren with violation of O.C.G.A. 16-11-41 Public drunkenness and violation of O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 Disorderly conduct. A copy was provided to the booking staff.

Prior to leaving the jail, I retrieved my service pistol and searched my back seat with no contraband being located.

At this time, this case is closed due to Warren’s arrest.
