On this day 11/17/25 I Officer G. Castillo responded to [2100 BLOCK] Club Dr ;[REDACTED] in reference to a disturbance in progress.

Upon arrival I could hear a female screaming throughout the parking lot in a tumultuous manner. As I parked my vehicle I met with [VICTIM #1], Janna Wilkey, [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] (The Lyft driver). As I walked towards the individuals Janna Wilkey was willfully yelling at [VICTIM #1] which prevented myself and other officers on scene from investigating the disturbance. Janna was wearing small shorts and a crop top I observed that she would not have the ability to conceal any weapons or property. Janna was then placed in handcuffs and secured in my patrol vehicle due to her aggression on scene. Janna is a US citizen.

[VICTIM #1] stated that his girlfriend Janna who is pregnant had been hanging out today but that he chose to leave so he called a Lyft. [VICTIM #1] added that she is prengant but doesn’t know how far long or if the child is his. [VICTIM #1] stated that as he tried to leave the apartment that Janna blocked the doorway so then he went to the window and she blocked the window as well. [VICTIM #1] then stated that he managed to get out the apartment and walk out to the Lyft in the parking lot. [VICTIM #1] stated when he walked outside and got in the Lyft that Janna got in the backseat of the Lyft as well.

The Lyft driver [WITNESS #2] then stated that the Lyft was for [VICTIM #1] and not Janna and that if she wanted to ride that [VICTIM #1] had to approve it. [WITNESS #2] stated that [VICTIM #1] stated she was not allowed to ride so she had to get out the car. [WITNESS #2] then stated that [VICTIM #1] got out the car and so did Janna. [WITNESS #2] then stated that [VICTIM #1] attempted to get in the vehicle and that Janna was pulling [VICTIM #1] by the shirt keeping him from getting in the vehicle.

I then spoke to Janna asked her if she would give me her ID. Janna stated she had no ID. I then asked Janna if she would give me her name and date of birth and Janna did not reply to me. I then asked Janna for her side of the story Janna then stayed quiet. At this point Janna stopped talking to me.

I then asked her sister [WITNESS #1] to identify her sister and she then gave me Janna full name and date of birth.

I then transported Janna to WCSO. Upon arrival I secured my firearm in a sally port lock box and transported Janna over to WCSO staff along with her property. Once at the jail further search determined she had no other property.

I charged Janna for the following on the warrantless arrest form WA #70947

OCGA 16-5-41 False Imprisonment (FV)
OCGA 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct
OCGA 16-10-24 Obstruction

I then secured my firearm and checked my backseat for any of Janna’s property.
