On this day I officer G. Castillo responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a disturbance.

Upon arrival I met with [VICTIM #1] and she stated that a patient by name June Mwaniki DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/2002 was acting in a loud and violent manner. [VICTIM #1] stated that she had been inside Junes room and that she was assisting her with calming down and that June lunged towards her and grabbed her vag*na. [VICTIM #1] stated she pushed June back and got up to go get her medicine. [VICTIM #1] stated as she was walking away that June stood up and pushed her from the back with both hands as she was headed out of the room. [VICTIM #1] stated that June then stood by the phone booth and that she began hitting the wall with it multiple times causing a hole on the wall under the phone box. During this incident June damaged the phone cord as well. [VICTIM #1] advised she wanted to press charges.

I then made contact with June. After multiple times attempting to ask June questions June just repeated “tick tock” multiple times. I then placed June under arrest and double locked her handcuffs. I then secured her in the back of my patrol vehicle. I gathered all Junes belongings and transported her to WCSO. Upon arrival to WCSO I secured my firearm in my vehicle lock box and handed June over to WCSO along with her belongings. Shortly after I confirmed June is a US citizen by finding her license on GCIC.

I then charged her with the following on warrant #W25-1535
16-7-21(a) Criminal trespass
16-6-22.1 Sexual battery
16-5-23 Simple battery

I then returned to my vehicle secured my firearm and searched the back for any of Junes belongings.
