On 11/02/2025 at approximately 0131 hours Deputies Dominick and Taylor spoke with Marissa Miller at [200 BLOCK] Yardley Ln in regards to hearing screams outside her residence.
Deputies had been to the residence a total of three times during this same shift. The second call to this address Deputies told Marissa to refrain from calling 911 unless it was a true emergency or she would be placed under arrest to which she replied she understood. At approximately 1031 hours Marissa called 911 for the third time stating that she could hear men outside her residence and that she knew people were reading her text messages.
