On October 5, 2025, Mark Andrade engaged in text message conversation with a person whom he believed to be a fourteen (14) year old juvenile. Mark was actually communicating with Murray County Sheriffs Office Detective Josh Malone who was portraying the fourteen year old juvenile. During the conversation Mark advised that he had a desire to engage in various sexual acts including sexual intercourse, touching of “bo*bs”, and “69”. Mark eventually agreed to meet with the juvenile for the purpose of these acts and he was subsequently arrested. Mark had an Apple iPhone in his possession.
