On November 28th, 2025, at approximately 2225, I responded to 1200 Memorial Dr, in reference to a disturbance. Prior to my arrival, Whitfield County dispatch said that a male was refusing to leave and attempted to run away, into the hospital, from public safety.

On scene, I made contact with Hamilton Medical Center public safety [WITNESS #1] and another public safety officer. He said that the male became irate and they told him to leave the property. They said that he didn’t leave and tried to run away from them in the hospital. They said that they got him outside but he would not leave the property.

I made contact with the male, identified as Miguel Pascual-Francisco. I placed him into handcuffs and searched his person. I confirmed he was a U.S. citizen. I secured him in the rear of my patrol car.

I transported Miguel to the Whitfield County Jail. At the jail, I secured my gun in a locker in the sally port. I turned Miguel and his belongings over to the jail. I charged Miguel with disorderly conduct on citation number 533337 and criminal trespass on uniform citation number 01155. The back seat of my patrol car was searched prior to and after transport.
