On November 7th, 2025, myself, and Officer Aldava, responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], in reference to a disturbance in progress. Dispatch advised a female called and they could hear her crying and a male subject screaming in the background. Dispatch advised the female subject disconnected. While still in route, dispatch advised the female subject called back and advised the male subject was trying to harm her. Shortly after I arrived on scene.
I began walking towards the residence. As I was walking up the driveway, a male subject later identify as Moises Hernandez-Jeronimo, stepped out of the house through a door on the east side of the residence. Moises had a phone up to his right ear. At this time I shine my flashlight on Moises and I noticed he had an abrasion to his left temple.
At this time, I had Moises sit on the steps and asked him what happened. Moises was not making much sense. I immediately noticed Moises was intoxicated due to his slurred speech and the odor of an alcoholic beverage omitting from his person. I again asked Moises what happened. He again was not making sense. He kept mentioning “drunk people”. I asked Moises how he got his injury. He stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I asked Moises if his [REDACTED BY AGENCY] struck him and he responded yes.
Officer Aldava arrived on scene. The female subject, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] open the door that Moises exited and advised he (Moises) was the issue. I asked Officer Aldava to standby with Moises while he waited for EMS. I then went inside the residence with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] permission and asked her what happened.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises had been drinking with his uncle, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated a taxi came by and dropped off a hamburger for her to eat. While in the living room, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises grabbed her dress and pulled it up. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she told Moises not to disrespect her and she went into the kitchen to eat her hamburger. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises followed her into the kitchen and they continue arguing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she continuously told Moises to quit disrespecting her in front of company.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises then grabbed a knife that was sitting on the counter by the handle and threaten to use it against her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she feared that Moises was going to stab her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she left the kitchen quickly and went into her bedroom and locked herself inside.
At this time, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] escorted me towards the bedroom she went into. By the door of the bedroom, I noticed a plastic container filled with nickels and pennies knocked down on the floor. There were pennies and nickels scattered all over the floor in front of the bedroom door. Indicating a sign of a possible struggle. As we entered the room, I noticed two beds inside the room.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated when she locked the door, she overheard Moises stating that he knew how to unlock the door and that he was going to kick her out of the house. Out of fear, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she unlocked the door and went and laid down on her bed and covered herself up with a blanket. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who the other bed belong to. She stated Moises. She stated they share a room. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what her relation to Moises is. She stated Moises is [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she planned to stay in the room the remainder of the night to avoid conflict. She then stated Moises came into the room. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated as she was laying down on her bed, Moises ripped the blanket off her and began grabbing her breast without her consent while trying to take her dress off. In self defense, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she struck Moises with her phone on the side of his head to get him off her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came out of his room and attempted to diffuse the situation.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then began fighting and that is when she called 911. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she was hurt anywhere from the incident and she responded no.
I then spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] while speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I noticed he had dried up blood on his lips and nostril. As well as on his right cheek. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what happened. He stated he was in his room laying down on his bed. He stated he over heard [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Moises arguing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he came out to see what was going on. While he was trying to figure out what happened, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Moises told him to stay out of it because he rents the room they were in. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then stated Moises struck him on the face.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] then pointed to the plastic container containing the pennies and nickels and advised he knocked it over when he fell to the ground. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was just trying to protect [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and himself when he engaged in a physical altercation with Moises. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if he ever saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] touch [REDACTED BY AGENCY] inappropriately or lift up her dress. He responded no.
I then returned outside and placed Moises in handcuffs and advise him he was under arrest. When I advised Moises of his charges, specifically about touching [REDACTED BY AGENCY]s breast, he stated “it was just a joke”. I then searched Moises incident to arrest. I then placed him in the back of my patrol vehicle and secured him. Moises stated he was not a us citizen. He stated he was from Guatemala. Moises stated he did not want his consular notify of his arrest.
I then transported Moises to the Whitfield County Jail. Once at the jail, I secured my firearm in the lock box. Moises was then turned over to booking personnel. Prior to leaving the jail, I searched the back of my patrol vehicle.
