On February 28, 2026, I (Officer Hill #28) and Officer Schrader #31 was dispatched to Kings Row in regards to a subject with a fire arm. When we arrived I talked to [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #3] stated that [VICTIM #2] was teaching his friend how to ride a dirt bike when the residence of [700 BLOCK] Kings Row (Peter Eubanks) came out waving a pistol. He stated he tried to go talk to him and Mr. Eubanks cocked his pistol.
Mr. [VICTIM #2] stated that he was teaching [VICTIM #1] how to drive a dirt bike and that they have been doing it since around 6 p.m. that Mr. Eubanks pulled out his phone and said dont worry they are coming for you because you (meaning [VICTIM #2]) wants to act as a “dumb*ss and a retard” and that when [VICTIM #3] walked down there to talk to Mr. Eubanks. Mr. Eubanks got his gun and cocked it back.
[VICTIM #1] stated that [VICTIM #2] was showing him how to ride a dirt bike when Mr. Eubanks came out with a gun.
Peter Eubanks told Mr. [VICTIM #2] when his bike stalled “there you go you f*cking dumb*ss” Mr. [VICTIM #2] responded “with what, whats your problem.” To which Mr. Eubanks responded “your a f*cking dumb*ss they are coming for you.”
Mr. Eubanks stated he saw Mr. [VICTIM #2]’s buddy walking down the road so he went to his vehicle and got his pistol and cocked it and said don’t come near me and don’t touch me while standing at the edge of his driveway.
The firearm was obtained in the backseat of Mr. Eubanks vehicle under jackets. The firearm is a Glock .40 cal it was ran through dispatch by serial number (PXB737). Dispatch stated there was no record found. Mr. Eubanks stated that it belonged to his father when he was chief in fort Oglethorpe, Ga.
Mr. Eubanks was placed under arrest for simple assault and disorderly conduct and transported to Whitfield County Jail. While placing Mr. Eubanks in handcuffs Mr. Eubank’s wife comes outside and stated thats what you get I told you not to call the cops and stated that Mr. Eubanks has been drinking tonight and that he gets so mad and upset with [VICTIM #2]. When asked how much he had to drink she did not answer.
I secured the firearm and magazine in the back of my marked patrol vehicle. Then [VICTIM #3], [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] wrote out a witness statement and turned into me. Officer Schrader transported Mr. Eubanks to Whitfield County Jail and handed over to the jail without incident.
I then applied for a warrant for simple assault and disorderly conduct which was approved by Whitfield County Magistrate Judge Weaver. The warrant number is w26 -366. I placed the firearm, witness statements, ammo and empty mnagazine into temp locker#8.
