On August 19th, 2026, I was dispatched out to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a disturbance.
When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white female that was only in a bra and jeans waving her arms erratically in front of room [REDACTED] of [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
I got out of the vehicle and spoke to her. The lady was fidgeting around uncontrollably and kept pushing a wooden post that was located outside of room [REDACTED].
I asked the suspect her name and she stated that it was Samantha Miller. I asked Samantha if she was on any drugs and she stated that she was on all of them. Samantha then laid down in the dirt and began rolling around on her back while screaming and cursing.
I called for another officer to come to assist me.
Samantha stated that she was cleaning room [REDACTED] for someone. The owner of room was not on scene.
Samantha started speaking Spanish to me and began rocking back and forth. Samantha’s breast became exposed. This was clearly visible from the roadway due to her being out in a public setting.
I asked Samantha to sit up and she complied. Officer Garcia and I placed Samantha into handcuffs, I ensured that they were a correct fit and double locked. Officer Conner then assisted me with walking Samantha over to my patrol vehicle.
Officer Conner and I had to support Samantha the entire walk to my patrol vehicle due to her being unable to walk straight.
I searched Samantha and found no contraband. Samantha was unable to hold still and kept rocking back and forth while I was searching her.
Samantha stated that she was a U.S citizen and that she had no major health issues. I searched my vehicle prior to placing Samantha in. I seat belted Samantha in. I transported Samantha to the Whitfield County Jail.
Upon arriving I placed my service weapon into the gun box and turned Samantha and her belongings over to booking staff.
I filled out warrantless arrest form #71352.
I charged Samanta with:
OCGA 16-11-39 Disorderly conduct
OCGA 16-6-8 Public indecency
I handed the form to booking staff.
I collected my service weapon from the locker and searched the rear of my vehicle, finding no contraband.
