On December 7, 2025 at approximately 1301 hours, Deputy T. Deaver was dispatched to 805 Professional Blvd in reference to a domestic dispute at [1600 BLOCK] Ross Trail NW. Dispatch advised that the caller, [VICTIM #1], advised that her and her husband was in a domestic and that she has knots on her body and was bleeding. Upon arrival, Deputy Deaver spoke with [VICTIM #1] who advised the following through multiple conversations.
She advised that this date she was at [1600 BLOCK] Ross Trail with her boyfriend, Umair Hussain. She also advised their shared Juvenile and two of Umair’s Juveniles were also on scene. She advised that she was on Umair’s phone and had located messages from a different female. She advised that she then confronted Umair about the messages. She then advised that Umair started to act crazy by yelling and being over top of her. She advised that she then left the residence in her vehicle due to the incident.
She advised that she got to the end of her road and noticed that Umair was following her in another vehicle. She advised that she made a right off of Ross Trail onto Cherokee Trail and drove all the way to Williams Road. She advised that once she got to the intersection of Williams Road, Umair had moved his vehicle in front of her vehicle blocking her. She advised that Umair then got out of his vehicle and went to her vehicle. She advised that Umair had grabbed her phone and the key and told her to take the car back to the residence. She advised that she did leave Juvenile #1 at the residence due to Umair not letting her take her.
She then advised that once she returned back to the residence, Umair had locked the door. She advised that she then knocked on the door because she was wanting to grab her clothes and leave. She advised that once Umair opened the door, Umair grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground in the living room. She advised that Umair let go of her hair so she got up and went to Juvenile #1’s bedroom where she keeps her clothes. She advised that once she was in the room she had already had her bag out ready to put clothes in it.
She then advised that she heard Umair coming to the bedroom so she moved towards the corner of the bedroom because she knew Umair was going to do something. She advised that once Umair walked in the room and noticed the bag he pulled out a gun and grabbed the bag. She advised that then they started to fight for the bag. She advised that Umair then pointed the gun at her face and stated that if she brought any of the clothes with her that he would kill her. She advised that during the incident she was holding Juvenile #1 but Umair had grabbed her from her arms. She advised that she did not try to fight for Juvenile #1 because she did want to hurt her.
She advised that from there Umair was following her around residence staying in her face. She advised that she then went to the bathroom and that’s when Umair had grabbed her by the throat and forced her to the wall. ([VICTIM #1] grabbed her throat with both hands as she was explaining) She then advised that at first Umair just had his hands on her throat. She then advised that he then started to choke her and she could not breathe “at all”. She then advised that she then ripped the blinds off the bathroom window and tried to hit Umair with them. She advised that she was hitting Umair to get him off of her.
She advised that Umair then let her go so she exited the bathroom into the bedroom. She advised that she then waited at the edge of the bed so that Umair would walk past so he was not behind her. She advised that once Umair had walked past she had told him something and it had made him upset. She advised that Umair then grabbed her by the hair on forcefully pushed her on the bed. She advised that her left leg hit the bedframe causing a knot on her leg below her knee.
She then advised that after, Umair had slapped her across the face in which she then slapped him back. She advised that Umair then close fist punched her on the left side of her face near her eye. She advised that typically she does not fight back when Umair hits her but she was trying to fight back today. She then advised that she had went to the bathroom and had told Umair “look what you did to my face”. She advised that Umair is scared of going to jail so he had given her phone back and the keys. She advised that she then left with Juvenile #1 and went to her cousin’s house. She advised the she then went to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Deaver took multiple pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries and will upload them into Evidence.com. Deputy Deaver then had EMS en-route to check [VICTIM #1] to ensure she was okay. Once EMS was on scene, EMS noticed marks underneath both [VICTIM #1] ears. Deputy Deaver observed the marks and Deputy believed it to be finger marks. Deputy Deaver then took photos of the marks.
Deputy Deaver then issued [VICTIM #1] a Crime Victim’s Bill of Rights notification form. Deputy Singleton then arrived on scene and gave [VICTIM #1] Sign and Symptoms of Strangulation paper to fill out. Deputy Deaver then took custody of the paper and will submit it into evidence.
Before Deputy Deaver released [VICTIM #1] from the scene, [VICTIM #1] advised that before Umair pointed the gun at her, he had “cocked” it causing a bullet to eject from the gun and land on the floor in Juvenile #1’s room. [VICTIM #1] then advised that the gun was a Clock 43X and knows this due to Umair just recently buying the gun and carrying it.
Deputy Deaver will fill out a E-Warrant and attempt to obtain a warrant for Aggravated Assault Strangulation (16-5-21(a)(3)), Aggravated Assault (16-5-21(a){2)), Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree (16-5-70(d)(2)), False Imprisonment (16-5-41), and Battery Family Violence (16-5-23.1(f)(1)).
