On 01/21/2025, I made contact with the complainants regarding their 13-year-old daughter having sex with a 17-year-old male.
The victim and suspect met on Snapchat and had been communicating on Instagram. Gerson drives a small single-cab pickup truck. The victim stated they had sex twice at her dad’s house while school was out for winter break. She also stated Gerson asked her to record them having sex and to send it to his phone.
The victim’s step-mother stated a neighbor called the Sheriff’s Office about a suspicious vehicle on 01/08/2025. She stated the vehicle matched the description of Gerson’s vehicle. After reviewing the call for the suspicious vehicle, I was able to obtain the tag [REDACTED] from the CAD log. I searched the tag and discovered it to be registered to [REDACTED] of [100 BLOCK] Quail Place.
DFCS was notified and the case was turned over to detectives.
