On 06/10/2024 at 1946 hours, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Allen Memorial Drive in reference to a physical altercation.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Latonia Butts, [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #2] and [WITNESS #1] in the driveway of the residence. Latonia stated she was invited to the residence by [WITNESS #1]. Latonia stated when she pulled up, she saw [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] talking in the driveway. Latonia pulled her vehicle behind [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated once she saw Latonia pulling up, she went back to the vehicle. Latonia stated she got out of her car and walked up to the passenger side of [VICTIM #2]’s vehicle. Latonia stated she might have hit or kicked the vehicle.

[VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] both stated Latonia kicked the front passenger door. I observed scuff marks on the door, above the door handle. Latonia stated [VICTIM #1] got out of the vehicle and they began fighting. [VICTIM #1] stated Latonia somehow opened her door and began hitting her, resulting in cuts and bruises on [VICTIM #1]’s face. The granddaughter, [REDACTED] was in the back of Latonia Butts car during the entire incident. [REDACTED] was left at the residence with [WITNESS #1].

All photographs were uploaded via AXON Capture. I will secure warrants for Battery, Criminal Trespass Damage to Property, and Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree.
