On March 12, 2026 at approximately 0820 hours, I responded to K & S Short Stop, 1660 North Columbia Street, in reference to a suspicious male exposing himself.
Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant/victim, [VICTIM #1], who was at pump number 5. [VICTIM #1] advised while pumping gas in his vehicle, 2006 beige in color Toyota Sienna Georgia Registration [REDACTED], he noted a Black male, wearing all black, pull his p*nis out and urinate on the side of the business. [VICTIM #1] advised when the male was confronted on his action, a verbal dispute arose. [VICTIM #1] advised after the verbal dispute concluded, the male walked toward the back of the establishment into the neighboring neighborhood. Male was described as wearing all black with a possible black in color ball cap and a red/orange in color backpack.
Upon review of video surveillance, the male was seen going to the southeast side of the building, take out his genitals, and urinate on the side of the building. The male was identified as Marcus Hurt and located in the shopping center of Ollie’s Bargain, 1310 North Columbia Street. Hurt was arrested without incident and transported to the Baldwin County Law Enforcement Center, 119 Old Monticello Road, by Officer Austin Martin, where he was charged with Public Indecency OCGA 16-6-8 (Misd.). Hurt was also served with a Notice of Prohibited Entry form per management’s request from K & S Short Stop, 1660 N. Columbia St.
Video surveillance of incident was captured via Body Worn Camera.
